Chuanui

The "Chuanhui" restaurant, located on New Arbat Street in Moscow, specializes in traditional Sichuan cuisine and has been operating since 2018. The menu focuses on spicy, savory, and sweet dishes featuring meat and fish, as well as tofu and light soups characteristic of the Sichuan province. A special place in the concept is held by "hot pot" – a Chongqing-style cooking method where guests cook ingredients themselves in a simmering broth at a communal table. The menu also includes cold appetizers, pork, beef, poultry, seafood dishes, rice, noodles, and desserts.

The restaurant features a main dining area that can accommodate up to 70 people, as well as several private rooms for 6, 8, 20, and 40 guests, and VIP rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 20 guests. The interiors of the rooms are styled after Chinese provinces and historical themes: "Panda" is dedicated to Sichuan, "Qingchen" to the mountain of the same name, "Changjiang" to the Yangtze River, and "Hongyan" refers to the history of Chongqing. This spatial arrangement allows the restaurant to be used for both family celebrations and business meetings and banquets.
