CHOCLO is a modern embodiment of a unique Peruvian concept and lifestyle, blending Latin American cuisine, rhythms, culture, and art. At the heart of CHOCLO is Peruvian cuisine, based on the "robata" (a Japanese charcoal grill), complemented by a variety of traditional ceviche and tiradito dishes. The aroma of chili and other ingredients, brought directly from the Andes and the Pacific coast, will fill the dining room as dishes are prepared on the open grill.

The CHOCLO bar invites you to discover a delicious selection of signature cocktails and the traditional Peruvian spirit, Pisco. Our unique methods of aging Pisco with tropical fruits and more will surprise you with the captivating and unforgettable flavors of cocktails, perfectly balanced by our mixologists.

During the day, guests will be surrounded by the unique atmosphere of CHOCLO, set to light Latin American rhythms, while in the evening, the ambiance transforms with the energy of Ethnic Afro House music.

The main dining area can accommodate up to 30 guests and is uniquely decorated with colonial-style elements, tropical plants, and vintage mirrors and paintings.
