Mexican street food with an affordable bar, brought to you by the team behind tacobar restaurant and Knorozov bar. The menu features hearty tacos on corn tortillas, burritos, quesadillas, vibrant margaritas, and classic cocktails.

The team behind tacobar restaurant and Knorozov bar continues to introduce Moscow to modern Mexican cuisine with their new project, Chapulines ("chapulines" is what the Aztecs colloquially called grasshoppers). This corner, resembling a bus stop, opened on June 10, 2023, on the second floor of the Usachevsky Market. The menu staples include hearty tacos on signature corn tortillas with seven different fillings (including the "taco breakfast," available daily until 3:00 PM), authentic and flavorful salsas and guacamole, burritos, quesadillas, and churros. The menu is curated by Dmitry Kishov (tacobar restaurant). Chapulines offers Mexican street food with an affordable bar, created by Ilya Pudovkin (Knorozov bar), with a focus on well-known and beloved cocktails and drinks. The bar features a variety of sunny "Margaritas" and spicy "Micheladas," the signature Chapulines lager, alcoholic hot chocolate, Italian wine, and sparkling wine on tap. The corner is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Chapulines has its own seating area, and just behind the corner is a cozy summer terrace at the Usachevsky Market.
