In this house with a long history, Linus and Therese Arpagaus serve up excellent cuisine made from fresh ingredients. The menu takes its cue from the region and includes Mediterranean influences. Expect classics such as capuns and pizochels, as well as offal specialities such as sweetbreads, veal liver and tripe. At lunchtime, there is also an inexpensive menu of the day. The interior is charming with its pretty traditional Stube, and the presence of many locals makes for a lively atmosphere. Expert service is overseen by the cordial lady of the house. The secluded garden terrace is a wonderful spot in summer! In addition to Ustria, there is Sala, where a "Gourmet Menu" is also served.
