This restaurant enjoys a lovely, quiet location in the castle grounds. Inside the bright, high-ceilinged space, modern design meets warm wood; outside, there is a gorgeous terrace. Service is adept and delivered by a thoroughly charming team. They serve regional cuisine, in which seasonal ingredients sourced from select local producers go into extremely flavoursome dishes – the produce steals the show. Andreas Caminada's take on Graubünden classics also features on the menu, such as Maluns (fried potato crumbles) with apple compote and cheese, or Capuns Tatta (dough-filled chard leaf wraps). Tip: Pay a visit to the in-house bakery and the Concept Store next door to pick up some provisions for home.
