Capito is a restaurant for people who value a meticulous approach to detail: from the selection of high-quality ingredients and carefully crafted, balanced, and innovative recipes, to the atmosphere that allows you to be yourself and feel "at home" in your "own place," regardless of your style, age, position, worldview, or beliefs. Our mission is to provide residents of Moscow with gastronomic experiences, and for some, even to broaden their culinary horizons, while also becoming a place of strength and safety from the problems of the big city. Our values and the components of our success: exceptional product quality, abundance and choice, quality service, openness, and respect. The project's head chef, Alexander Arkhipov, is known for his work on projects such as 15 Kitchen + Bar and AQ Kitchen. For Capito, he has developed a signature menu where each dish reflects modern gastronomic culture – a blend of techniques, flavors, textures, cuisines, and spices from around the world. Capito (Italian) – means "it's clear, simple, "I understand." The name of the restaurant reflects the concept: simple and friendly service and openness to new experiences. The architect and designer of the project is Yevgenia Uzhegova, who has worked on projects for other popular establishments, such as Avocado Queen, Nofar, and Dante (projects by Arkady Novikov). The first hall is designed in a "bistro" style: an open kitchen, a display case, a coffee corner, panoramic windows that make the space feel larger and brighter, and the heart of the restaurant – a real Italian wood-fired oven. The second hall has a more intimate atmosphere with muted tones and an open bar where guests can watch the art of creating signature cocktails.
