Bshushu expands culinary horizons and awakens a love for travel. This project, which began with the traditional street food of Tel Aviv, is now venturing to the Mediterranean coast with a refreshed concept. The changes are immediately noticeable – the space transforms into a cozy restaurant, one of those that might have captured your heart during a summer trip to coastal towns. You order an aperitif, and the city fades away, making room for the sound of waves, a gentle breeze, and the vast expanse of sandy beaches. The menu, curated by the project's head chef, Alexander Arkhipov, includes everything that makes trips to sunny shores so special. Meet Bshushu Restaurant (not by the sea).
