About
Hunting restaurant with signature dishes featuring a variety of game meats, from "red" meat to poultry.
Moscow, Bersenyovskaya Embankment, Building 16/9 Website Concept by: Andrey Zaitsev About the Restaurant In ancient times, hunting was an integral part of the lives of all true men. But hunting in the concrete jungle of the capital has taken on a completely different meaning: there is no longer a need to personally hunt game, because at the new Cacciatore restaurant, it has already been done for you! Restaurateur Andrey Zaitsev has opened the Cacciatore hunting restaurant in Moscow. The Cacciatore restaurant is located in a historic mansion and has its own parking lot. The main feature of this new establishment is its focus on hunting. And this is not by chance! After all, many know that Andrey Zaitsev himself is an avid hunter and fisherman. Hence the name Cacciatore, which translates to "hunter"! Here, Chef Vitaly Tikhonov creates true masterpieces from game meat. He is a young and creative chef who began his career 16 years ago, having completed internships in world-renowned restaurants with Michelin stars: Maaemo Oslo (2 stars), Geranium Copenhagen (2 stars), Noma Copenhagen (2 stars). Vitaly is the winner of culinary competitions and a participant in many gastronomic events around the world. Our chef is confident that game is not only difficult to catch, but even more difficult to cook. But true connoisseurs and lovers of hunting will appreciate the skill of the master. The menu features dishes made with venison, elk, duck, pheasant, as well as pates, homemade sausages, and much more. A definite hit will be the venison tartare with aioli sauce, shallots, egg yolk gel, and croutons made from homemade bread (1250 rubles). For a main course, you must try the "Cacciatore" pheasant fillet from the oven with Jerusalem artichoke cream, spiced pear, and crème de cassis sauce (2800 rubles). And for dessert, you can choose a delicate yogurt mousse with chia seeds and mango coulis (420 rubles) or an original Caliboa dark chocolate mousse with Dor-Blue cheese and black bread ice cream, dried plums, and black rum (950 rubles). It is worth noting that the game is delivered to the restaurant from the Rostov, Smolensk, and Tver regions. Inside the Cacciatore restaurant, designers have created a rugged interior with a predominance of copper elements, frescoes depicting hunting scenes on the walls, and cozy Avenge fireplaces – all of which completely immerses guests in the right atmosphere and evokes a true, primal appetite. Cacciatore has two halls: a spacious hall that can accommodate 35 people in a free seating arrangement, and a second "VIP" hall designed for 12 people. The VIP hall, with its very intimate and cozy atmosphere, is perfect for business meetings, dinners after a hunt, or celebrating special occasions in a small group.
