The new establishment positions itself as a Caucasian bistro, with plans to open several more in different parts of the city. The core concept of "Burka" is fast food that is both delicious and healthy. A mobile app is used to manage operations; it allows customers not only to find the nearest bistro but also to place orders on their way, so they don't have to wait on-site while their food is being prepared.

The first bistro is a small space with 80 seats, featuring display windows and wide window sills that serve as sofas. The walls are adorned with accent graffiti in Georgian, outlines of the Caucasian mountains, and a vibrant pattern that is repeated on the ceiling, cushions, and planters with live flowers. Playful chandeliers in the form of white spheres suspended from iron chains and a large table with bright red chairs upholstered in sheepskin are central features. A separate playroom is available for children.

The menu is short but comprehensive, featuring all the hits of Caucasian cuisine: khinkali, khachapuri, kurze, and, of course, grilled dishes: kebabs and shashlik. Much of the food is prepared in front of the customers. The main criterion is the preparation time, which does not exceed 15-18 minutes. Additionally, most dishes are conveniently available for takeaway. The pricing is very reasonable: many items cost only 150-350 rubles. Among the definite hits, you should try the layered khinkali with beef, kharcho soup, confit beef tail with mamaliga, penovani with cheese and chicken, and much more. For dessert, there's a rum baba that melts in your mouth. Children under 6 years old and under 120 cm tall eat for free from the children's menu. In addition, guests can expect various events, including lotteries, generous promotions, and parties.
