About

A gastrobar with a hundred different infusions, delicious meats, and a love for Rostov. This is a continuation of the "Larisa Zhareet" restaurant, created by restaurateur and chef Vladimir Bektemirov.

The story of "Larisa" began with a mobile smokehouse that traveled from Rostov to Crimea. One day, Vladimir Bektemirov jokingly called the smokehouse "Larisa," and the name stuck. In 2020, "Larisa. Zhareet" opened. But it soon felt limiting, and in 2025, its continuation, "Larisa Pyoet," opened.

The new "Larisa" excels in preparing dishes, from tartare to juicy meats, and offers Rostov-style appetizers. This expertise comes from her predecessor, "Larisa Zhareet." However, she has now significantly enhanced her skills as a bartender. The menu features 100 signature infusions, served in sets that represent the city (a bench, a Don River barge, a Ferris wheel, the Voroshilov and railway bridges), as well as beer from a private brewery, and, of course, hearty and delicious food. People come to "Larisa Pyoet" to celebrate, enjoy a lunch break, or have a lively time. On weekends, a musician with an accordion welcomes guests with heartfelt songs that are known to all residents and visitors of the city.

The design is in a loft style, with elements of brickwork, plaster, mosaics, wood, and metal. Attention is drawn to the oil paintings, unusual lighting fixtures, and vintage carpets.

We are proud of our city and strive to convey its unique character to every guest through the interior design, menu, communication, and even the custom-designed stands for the infusions.
