"Bulvar" is a restaurant with a ten-year history, located in the heart of Yaroslavl, in the "Paradnaya" hotel building.

The restaurant's extensive menu features a blend of European, Russian, Italian, and Japanese cuisines, all presented with a unique touch by Chef Nikolai Kuznetsov.
