Konstantin has been in the restaurant business since 1996, and has been the head chef at several iconic establishments in the city, including "Reporter" and "Nostalgia," "Boulevard" and In Vino, "Poisson" and L'Etranger, Zebra Square, and GQ-bar. This is just a small selection of the kitchens where Iвлев, who was always a rock star, ignited the passion of people both in the kitchen and in the dining room.

Konstantin himself has learned a great deal about his profession, and he has done so with enthusiasm, earning "Best Chef" awards and titles from various organizations throughout the years. Few remember, but it was Konstantin who introduced the term "New Russian Cuisine" to our vocabulary, and the number of recipes created by the chef that have been adopted into the menus of hundreds of restaurants across the country, without any changes, is countless.

Konstantin's accomplishments include training hundreds of chefs through his "young guns" program, creating hundreds of cases from the "Kitchen Nightmares" reality show, gaining millions of fans for "Hell's Kitchen" across the country and beyond, and opening numerous restaurants through his consulting services nationwide.
