Silvie is a love story between a French dreamer and a Russian chef. Their meeting marked the beginning of a culinary journey that brings together two great cultures.

The Silvie restaurant is located in the heart of Yaroslavl, in a restored rotunda of the Trading Yard, a 19th-century architectural monument. The restaurant's concept is a subtle dialogue between French elegance and Russian hospitality, embodied in its unique cuisine and atmosphere. The menu is based on classic French gastronomy (confit, foie gras, terrine, tartare, bisque) combined with elements of Russian cuisine: rich broths, seasonal vegetables, and heartwarming presentations. All dishes are prepared with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, with attention to detail and flavor. The wine list focuses on French wines, but also includes selections from Russian wineries, as well as wines from the Old and New Worlds. Wines are available by the glass, and non-alcoholic options are also available. The interior preserves the architectural features of the rotunda, with no partitions and plenty of natural light. The restaurant has 73 seats in the main dining area and can accommodate up to 100 guests on the summer terrace. Silvie is a place where gastronomy becomes a cultural expression, and each dinner is a part of a story about taste, harmony, and inspiration.
