We are proud that all of our dishes have been developed in collaboration with a professional nutritionist, and that all dishes are prepared exclusively using homemade ghee, which allows us to unlock the richness and depth of each ingredient without compromising the nutritional value during cooking, unlike conventional refined oils. We are confident that delicious food can be both healthy and balanced. That's why our menu features both classic Italian dishes, such as pasta and pizza, and specialized options that meet modern dietary requirements. Each dish is carefully selected without the use of flavor enhancers, sugar, or other unnecessary additives. We strive to use only farm-fresh ingredients, which allows us to guarantee the freshness and natural flavor of each dish.

In the evenings, our cafe transforms into a cozy wine bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by a plate of authentic antipasti, brought directly from Italy. We also offer our guests the option to take home selections from our meat shop, allowing you to add a touch of homey comfort to your evening. This is all complemented by the atmosphere of jazz music playing from vinyl records.
