This project pays tribute to the historical traditions of Samara, the beer capital of Russia, and provides a significant boost to the development of its modern beer culture. The restaurant's interior harmoniously combines architectural styles of renowned breweries. The menu is based on the concept of "beer pairing," offering guests a new experience of enjoying dishes paired with carefully selected beer varieties. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of head chef Mark Stacenko, chef Sergei Kornev, and beer sommelier Dmitry Goncharov, the restaurant offers an impressive selection of 200 of the best beers from around the world, each perfectly matched with culinary masterpieces from Belgium, Germany, England, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Russia.
