BEEROKRATIA is a true beer theater! This project pays homage to the historical traditions of the beer capital of Russia – the city of Samara – and provides a significant boost to the development of its modern beer culture. The restaurant's interior harmoniously combines architectural styles from renowned beer-producing countries. The menu is based on the concept of "beer pairing," offering guests a new experience of enjoying dishes paired with carefully selected beer varieties. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of brand chef Mark Statcenko, head chef Sergei Kornev, and beer sommelier Dmitry Goncharov, perfect gastronomic pairings have been created for 200 of the best beers from around the world. These pairings feature authorial reinterpretations of culinary classics from Belgium, Germany, England, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Russia. The incredible atmosphere, the open kitchen that serves as a stage in this theater-like establishment, and the perfect harmony of flavors have made "BEEROKRATIA" a popular destination.
