About

"Ural Molodost Ukrala" or simply "Molodost" is a bar that embodies the spirit of the 90s, infused with the character and flavors of the Ural region, and offering lively parties.

This is the first bar in Moscow from the team that owns popular establishments in Yekaterinburg, including "Ogonyok," "ALIBI," and "Molodost." The bar's interior was created in collaboration with designer Anton Merkulov from Yekaterinburg, as well as artists from the graffiti project "Stenografia." Some interior details were brought from the village of Butka, where Yeltsin was born, while others were sourced from vintage shops or custom-made. The kitchen concept features Uralian twists on classic Soviet dishes. You'll find sandwiches with sausage, "doshik" noodles prepared in a student-style, and salads with the legendary Yezhk mayonnaise from Yekaterinburg. Nazar Kozubekov, the head bartender of the "Uralian Authentic Cuisine" project, is responsible for the cocktail menu, and the bar is staffed by a team of bartenders from both Moscow and the Urals. The focus here is on Uralian infusions, signature cocktails, and strong alcoholic beverages from the "Permaлко" distillery. Real Tagil beer is served on tap. In the evenings, guests can enjoy dancing on the floor to sets by well-known DJs and friends of the bar who come from Yekaterinburg. The music played is from the golden era of MTV, spanning the 90s and 2000s. To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for guests, Ilya, a former bouncer from the famous "Klava" club, is responsible for maintaining order at the parties. The bar offers interesting promotions, such as allowing guests who have traveled from the Urals to exchange their boarding pass for a set of shots.
