Balance by Gudkate restaurant is a place of inspiration and offers atmospheric brunches served throughout the day. The restaurateur, Ekaterina Zarechnaya, has created a cozy space that encourages collaboration and shared experiences.

The restaurant is decorated in a unique style, with every detail of the interior attracting attention and telling its own story: The bright dining room is subtly divided into cozy areas, and an original, handcrafted chandelier hangs above the communal table. The lamps, designed to resemble silkworm cocoons, were custom-made to emphasize the historical connection to the "Krasnaya Roza" factory. Elegant herbariums, encased in epoxy resin and copper frames, serve as table number markers. The dreamcatcher, made using macrame techniques, is a unique piece from Crimea. The values of the Balance by Gudkate space are also reflected in the kitchen. It offers an optimal balance of high-quality, healthy ingredients, interesting textures, and aesthetics. We pay special attention to the minimalist presentation of dishes, incorporating interesting details, because we believe that aesthetics should be present in all aspects of our lives.

The space is designed to host events of various formats, including intimate weddings, themed gatherings, workshops, tasting menus, presentations, and lectures.
