About

The restaurant is a gallery showcasing modern, авторская (author's) Georgian cuisine, featuring a bar, a wine cellar, a winter garden, and a chef's table located under the roof.

Bagebi is a Georgian restaurant located in the center of Moscow, in a historic building on Prechistenskaya Street, between the Zurab Tsereteli Art Gallery and the Russian Academy of Arts. The project was created by Andrey Telesh and Vasily Tsereteli. The kitchen is managed by two chefs: Maka Zakaria and Evgeny Dokunin. The restaurant's menu is based on traditional Georgian recipes, presented in a modern and авторская (author's) style. The restaurant comprises four dining rooms, a bar, a wine cellar, a large two-story covered courtyard – the "Winter Garden," a bakery, and an open kitchen – the chef's table located under the restaurant's roof. All the dining rooms are decorated with works of art: frescoes, mosaics, stained glass, and paintings from the Tsereteli family archive, which have never been exhibited before.
