AurA Kitchen&Bar is a restaurant serving European cuisine with a Uralian twist. It is located on the first floor of the AurA City Hotel.

The concept of AurA Kitchen&Bar is based on simple and accessible gastronomy for everyday enjoyment. The focus is on the most important aspect – taste – with an emphasis on a variety of dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients and traditional regional recipes. The restaurant's menu seamlessly blends European classics with dishes from Russian, Uralian, and Permian cuisines. The intimate, cozy, and yet "architectural" interior is rich in authentic details and textures. Large arched windows that flood the space with natural light during the day, classic brickwork, the elegant simplicity of wooden columns, furniture in a dark chocolate hue, and a subtly warm lighting in the evening create a unique and enveloping atmosphere that is conducive to relaxation, friendly conversations, and enjoying delicious food. The summer terrace of AurA Kitchen&Bar is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city and is designed in the style of famous, cozy European courtyards. Comfortable wicker furniture, soft cushions, blankets, and an abundance of greenery create a special ambiance.
