A fine dining restaurant created by Artem Estafiev and Arkady Novikov, featuring a Chef's Table, a fermentation laboratory, and a Fireplace Room.

The ARTEST fine dining restaurant is located in a two-story mansion within a complex of historic 19th-century buildings on Trubnikov Lane. The Chef's Table is located on the first floor, while the Fireplace Room is on the second floor, where guests can order à la carte dishes. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the spacious veranda, which accommodates 90 people. The Chef's Table offers only tasting menus, each of which provides guests with a unique culinary and cultural experience. The second floor features the Fireplace Room menu, which offers classic flavors, original combinations, and an avant-garde approach to ingredients – the same distinctive style of the team is evident in the dishes. The kitchen uses only Russian ingredients, including wild-sourced products. Artem works closely with local farmers, and he has access to all the resources of Arkady Novikov's "Agronom" project. The heart of the restaurant is the Art Lab, where they study fermentation processes, produce their own vinegars (including those made from blackthorn, melon, peach, carrots, etc.), and miso (for example, with orange zest or made from four types of nuts). There is also a room for aging products at high temperatures, where they can create a product similar to Japanese black garlic using vegetables and fruits. The restaurant's wine list features over 200 selections. The wine is stored in a specially equipped room decorated in the color of volcanic tuff. The ARTEST bar menu offers complex cocktails based on kombucha and other fermented products. There are no familiar names on the menu, but bartenders can prepare any classic cocktail upon request. The restaurant opened in 2021. The ARTEST Chef's Table received two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Moscow 2022 guide, and the Fireplace Room was mentioned in the guide in the "Selected by MICHELIN" section.
