AQUATICA

About

Jonathan Curtis's project embodies the style of bourgeois restaurants in the New World. It features a unique caviar and champagne bar dedicated to this renowned delicacy, daily specials from the chef, and an exceptional champagne collection.

The AQUATICA menu was created by its owner, the renowned Australian chef Jonathan Curtis, and draws inspiration from the recognized classics of New World cuisine. Each dish combines the chef's extensive culinary experience, accumulated over years of working in the best restaurants from Sydney to Paris.

The serene interior, reminiscent of classic European designs, is complemented by details such as the delicate Bezhko lighting fixtures made of wire and LEDs, which resemble constellations. The beauty of the bar counter, crafted from Verde Alpi marble by PETRA, is enhanced by the relief panels made of decorative steel from Ornamita – the patterns on the stone, reflected in the steel, evoke the silhouettes of marine life. The rounded tabletops made of light-colored Delo design marble, in the Bauhaus style, and the comfortable chairs from the "TOK-mebel" factory (St. Petersburg), made entirely from Russian materials, also deserve attention.
