ABOUT THE RESTAURANT APR.L BAR is a project by Valery Lizunov and Sergey Gasparov. The establishment is an aperitif cocktail bar serving Italian cuisine, with the signature drink being the Aperol Spritz. It's always sunny and warm here, regardless of the season. This is an art project and a creative space; according to the architect, Valery Lizunov, a timeless hero, the handsome David, seems to float across the ceiling. Ultimately, the symbols of summer are the sea, the sun, and the Aperol Spritz! The project's strategy and concept are to immerse all guests in a summer atmosphere! At the restaurant, you can find absurdity, fantasy, unrestrained fun, dancing until dawn, Aperol Spritz at cost price, the joy and smiles of friends, a good mood, a stunning panoramic view, and original cuisine from Italian chef Mariano Valerio. The cuisine focuses on artistic Italy and the traditional flavors of home cooking. You won't find boredom, sadness, or gloom here; the team is guaranteed to ensure you experience the friendliness and vibrancy of the project, with plenty of sunshine, positivity, and endless Aperol Spritz!
