About
In the dining room one breathes the genuine warmth of a Campanian home of times past, enriched by personal touches such as the nativity scene that also depicts the chef alongside his grandmother Rosa. For those seeking a more intimate setting, two secluded alcoves accommodate as many tables, perfect for a private dinner. Among dove-grey walls and carefully designed lighting, the kitchen stands out for its originality and creativity, never losing its connection to tradition and to the produce of the Campanian region, often sourced from the restaurant’s own production. The offering is structured across four tasting menus that alternate chef’s surprises, great house classics and interpretations tied to the produce of the Montechiaro kitchen garden, to which one of the menus is dedicated. A vision well summarised in the words of chef-patron Giuseppe Guida: “An intriguing journey through flavours of times past, with forays into more imaginative territory, never renouncing its origins.”
