Just twelve covers within the Majestic Palace Hotel make for an intimate and exclusive experience, enhanced by walls decorated with a large plant-themed canvas that echoes the romantic views visible from the windows. The gaze opens onto one of the most enchanting gardens on the coast, where citrus trees and olives – including a thousand-year-old specimen – coexist alongside an organic kitchen garden that supplies part of the vegetables featured on the menu. Chef Mario Affinita presents four tasting menus, with the possibility of combining courses (from a minimum of four), in a continuous dialogue between his Campanian roots and the influences gathered through his international experience. The result is a complex and rigorous cuisine, built on technique and precision, perfectly attuned to the elegance and harmony of its surroundings.
