About

This restaurant is an intimate and deeply personal narrative, inseparably bound to the life story of chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo. It stands on the ground of his own memories, where once his grandfather kept the olive press, and presents itself today as a space rich in resonance, in which an authentic vision of hospitality is brought back to life. The kitchen, entrusted with great sensitivity to resident chef Nicola Somma, consistently interprets the chef’s vision: a continuous dialogue between North and South, between homeland and adopted home, expressed through harmonious and recognisable dishes. Considerable attention is given to the plant world, which features as the centrepiece of a dedicated tasting menu, while the highest-quality produce is sourced partly from local suppliers and partly from the property’s own kitchen garden and orchard, all in a spirit of preserving and celebrating tradition. The wine list, curated with passion and expertise, stands out for its depth and dynamism, offering refined pairings to satisfy even the most discerning enthusiast. The result is an experience that marries gastronomic pleasure with bucolic surroundings, further enriched by a tangible commitment to sustainability, evidenced by the installation of a new photovoltaic system.
