About

A restaurant with a view of the Moscow State University campus, featuring an aesthetic interior, comfort food on the menu, and an atmospheric playlist inspired by the Tulum vibe.

The "Alma" restaurant, created by experienced entrepreneurs Andrey Gorozhankin and Dmitry Pukhov, recently opened on the grounds of Moscow State University. Andrey and Dmitry are partners and co-owners of the Diamond Family alliance, which includes venues for business events such as "Soglasie Hall" and "Dvorets Kul'tur," Diamond Catering, the leading event catering company in Russia, and Preparty, a gourmet snack delivery service. From 9:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 AM on weekends, "Alma" offers breakfast options including bruschetta, pancakes, porridge, and various egg dishes (starting from 270 rubles). The main menu features familiar dishes with a unique presentation: duck confit with mashed potatoes and berry sauce (980 rubles), Kiev-style cutlet with sweet potato puree (720 rubles), risotto with truffles and oyster mushrooms (810 rubles). "Alma" is a family-friendly restaurant: five types of pizza are baked directly in a wood-fired oven (starting from 690 rubles). The cocktail menu at "Alma" is impressive in its variety. It features signature cocktails such as "Evolution of Thought" and "The Appearance of Lomonosov," based on wine and gin, and "Gentle Atom," made with gin and barberries. Each cocktail on the menu costs 750 rubles. The restaurant's interior is designed in an aesthetic style, and in the evenings, the large panoramic windows offer a view of the sunset. Guests are accompanied by an atmospheric playlist inspired by the Tulum vibe, and friendly waiters are ready to engage in conversations on a wide range of topics.
