Victor Beley, the head chef of the Uhvat restaurant, is a gold medalist of the national qualifying round of the Bocuse d'Or Russia 2019 international culinary competition. He represented Russia at the European qualifying round of Bocuse d'Or 2020 in Tallinn. And for the third time, he and his team will participate in the world finals of the competition, which will be held in Lyon on September 26-27.
