Nikita Domanov: The Chef Who Knows the Taste of True Success
At the age of 16, while most people are just starting to think about choosing a career, Nikita Domanov had already taken his first steps in the culinary world – simply because he wanted to earn money independently and wasn't looking for an easy path. Today, at 32, he has a law degree (which, as it turns out, is incredibly helpful in managing restaurant projects), internships at renowned establishments in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg, as well as training at Novikov School and SVCh.
His career has been a journey through the kitchens of different cities: Novosibirsk, Sochi, Omsk, Barnaul, and the Altai Republic. In each of these places, he left behind not just dishes, but culinary experiences that are truly memorable.
Now, Nikita is a chef who knows how to combine tradition and experimentation. Even classic dishes take on a new flavor under his direction: a croissant with beef ribs, carpaccio in the style of Harry's Bar, or an Oklahoma-style burger – these are not just items on the menu, but confident statements that cooking can be both an art and a passion.
And he also knows that a real tiramisu is not just a dessert, but the perfect finishing touch to an ideal dinner.
