Muhammad is a chef with over 13 years of experience, based in Grozny and originally from Makhachkala. He began his career in Rostov-on-Don as a sushi chef at the restaurant "Ambar," after which he joined a large chain project, one of the most ambitious in Southern Russia. This experience formed the foundation for his future growth. Subsequently, Muhammad opened a European restaurant, a Pan-Asian bistro, and a Middle Eastern project called Levante. He also trained in Moscow at one of Arkady Novikov's restaurants and participated in the opening of one of Rostov's prominent establishments, "Magadan." He has worked with chefs from Italy, the Philippines, and Egypt, learning diverse approaches to culinary techniques and philosophy. He is a member of the Association of Chefs of Russia. Today, Muhammad works as a culinary consultant and oversees gastronomic projects as a brand chef: he develops restaurant concepts, creates menus, establishes kitchen systems, and trains teams. His goal is to transform an idea into a functioning restaurant with its own unique character. His style is aesthetic, clear, and modern. In presentation, he combines minimalism with a touch of controlled chaos, and in flavor, he emphasizes the depth and authenticity of the ingredients. For him, it is important that the food is not only visually appealing but also leaves a lasting impression of delight. Muhammad's philosophy is simple: every ingredient deserves to be showcased to its full potential, if treated with respect and knowledge of technique.
