He began working as a cook actively at the age of 17, while also studying. When he moved to Moscow, he had the opportunity to work in various kitchens under the guidance of different chefs. In 2017, he joined the restaurant "Valenok," owned by Arkady Novikov and Mikhail Petukhov. His career advancement, achieved through hard work, dedication, and perseverance, eventually led to a promotion to Head Chef at "Kopilka," a chain of restaurants operating under franchise agreements within the Novikov group, including "Kolbasny Tseh" and "Magadan." Since June 2023, he has been fully immersed in the cuisine of the Middle East at the restaurant LOOMI.

He was born in Kazakhstan, but grew up in the beautiful city of Nalchik. After school, he consciously chose to study culinary technology at the Kabardino-Balkarian Trade and Technology College. He is married, with a wonderful wife and a young, energetic son. He doesn't have many hobbies, to be honest. He enjoys spending time in a way that benefits himself and his family, excluding work.
