Dmitry Yakovlev is a member of the Guild of Chefs and Hoteliers in Russia. Today, Dmitry leads the kitchens of restaurants owned by some of Russia's most prominent restaurateurs, Arkady Novikov and Anton Pinsky. Dmitry has over 25 years of experience working in the culinary field, including 18 years as a head chef and brand chef for major establishments in Russia. He began his career in 1995 at the age of 14 and became a head chef at the age of 16. He has also worked in the kitchens of restaurants in England, Italy, and Spain. From 2008 to 2009, he catered banquets for the leaders of Russia and Armenia. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the personal chef for the Russian Ambassador in Washington. He has a deep understanding of recipes from Asian, European, French, fusion, and, of course, Russian cuisines. Currently, he is the brand chef for the AQUAMARINE restaurants, Magadan, and other projects.
