Ivan's journey to becoming a renowned chef specializing in the cuisine of the "Five Seas" was not easy: waiter, bartender's assistant, bartender... His career took a significant turn when he began working in the kitchens of Japan, immersing himself in its unique culinary traditions. Later, he started exploring and preparing European dishes.
His cuisine is impressive, vibrant, unconventional, and incredibly appetizing. In his dishes, Ivan combines familiar recipes with his own unique creative vision. It's impossible to pick a favorite dish from everything he can create. He is a virtuoso in preparing seafood, a master of Adjarian khachapuri, and his fish soup is sure to earn multiple Michelin stars in the future. All the dishes on the menu of the "River" restaurant are the creations of Ivan Strukova. He carefully selects each ingredient, monitors the cooking process, and employs unique cooking techniques in his work. Being the head chef of the largest restaurant in a metropolis is a demanding job. He manages an entire kitchen (which includes over 40 staff members), develops new dishes, and still finds time to cook. His talent is undeniable, and it can be experienced and savored by all.
