About
A second-generation chef: He helped his mother in the kitchen as a child, which sparked a strong interest in cooking. He began his education at the Cheboksary Technical College of Food Technology and Commerce (CTTPiK), studying food technology. In his third year, he was the only student in his entire class to achieve a 5th-grade chef certification. He honed his interests and skills during his studies and in practical settings, even though these were often just school cafeterias or small provincial cafes. He started his career as a baker and pastry chef at the Garden Hotel and Spa, where he met several Moscow chefs who paved the way for him to move to Moscow. In Moscow, he worked extensively at festivals and large-scale events, and now he has found his place at the "Klevo" restaurant. It was here, in one of Arkady Novikov's restaurants, that he progressed from a line cook to the head chef of a second project.
