Education: - Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology Industrial Heat Power Engineering, Service of Consumer Radio-Electronic Equipment - Internship at the restaurant El Flaco (Madrid) with Spanish chef and restaurateur Andy Boman, from July 1st to July 14th, 2019. Focus on the cuisine of southern and central Spain, with fusion elements incorporating Pan-Asian flavors. Work Experience: 13 years Dmitry began his career in 2007 at the restaurant "Kruzo" as a sous chef. Subsequently, he worked as a sous chef at the restaurant "Aist" in 2009, and later as a head chef (from 2013), where he met Umberto Rocca and worked under his guidance. After 2015, he worked as a head chef at restaurants such as Brasserie Lambic, Osteria Alberobello, and Sapiens est. Later, Dmitry was responsible for the cuisine at the restaurants IL Letterato. Currently, he is the head chef at the Villa Pasta restaurant on Bolshaya Dmitrovka in Moscow.
