He was born in the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he lived for 4 years before moving to Kazan with his parents. Two years later, he moved to the village of Temirgoyevskaya in the Krasnodar region. While living in the village, he was actively involved in community activities and received numerous awards for his participation. He was also involved in sports, including volleyball, soccer, and table tennis, and won medals and awards in various competitions. As a child, he loved helping his mother in the kitchen, and that's where he first realized that he enjoyed cooking. He especially remembers when his uncle would visit from Krasnodar and cook pasta with seafood. He still remembers that taste and makes it at home. At the age of 16, he moved to Krasnodar and enrolled in a technical college specializing in architecture and construction, but he didn't finish it. He was drafted into the army, where he served for a year. Surprisingly, he even enjoyed his time in the military. After his service, he returned home and didn't know what to do, so he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense in 2016. This marked the beginning of his military career. He quickly advanced in his career and, by 2020, he held the position of "Deputy Commander of a Platoon" in the Chechen Republic. He attended the Higher Military School in Saratov, where he specialized in operating the "GRAD" multiple rocket launcher system. He received a medal for participating in a parade, as well as commendations and letters of gratitude from his superiors. In 2021, when he was transferred to a different department, he decided to leave the armed forces and applied to another organization. However, things didn't go as planned... He ended up working as a shawarma cook, and he realized that this was where he belonged. That's how he ended up in the kitchen, and things started to move quickly. Now, he is the Head Chef at the "Lesiki" restaurant, and he also conducts cooking classes. He is constantly striving to improve his skills, reading books, expanding his knowledge, and trying new things.
