L.E.S. is not only Andrey Kolodyazhny's gastronomic concept, but also a menu of signature cocktails created by head bartender Anton Gromov. The menu features 15 unique cocktails, which head bartender Anton Gromov creates and updates seasonally, drawing inspiration from Andrey Kolodyazhny's philosophy. They include perfume made from thyme, molecular foam from Tibetan chamomile and mountain flowers, as well as distillates based on wild plants, which Anton infuses and uses as the base for the cocktails. For example, whiskey is used in the "Ivan" cocktail, made with Ivan-tea, and a cordial made from sunflowers is used in the "PodSun" cocktail. The seasonal cocktail menu includes new additions, such as "Sorrel" (gin with a cordial made from wheatgrass and homemade soda made from sorrel), "ElectroGrapefruit" (for lovers of the classic Paloma: tequila with electric spearmint and thyme peppers, grapefruit soda, and smoked sea salt "Viking Salt"), "Fialka" (a milk punch made with anchovy, violet, and lavender, with hibiscus foam, balancing sweetness and acidity), and "Banana" (a tropical sour made with rum infused with kaffir lime leaves, osmanthus syrup, and a puree of bananas and chestnuts). The non-alcoholic menu features a seasonal homemade kombucha, which is fermented here with watermelon and hibiscus.
