About
He was born and raised in the city of Vladimir. He received his culinary education at the local vocational lyceum. After graduating in 2008, he joined the kitchen of the Pan-Asian restaurant "Kabuki" as an intern. After two years, he began to develop his skills in Russian cuisine at the countryside restaurant of the eco-hotel "VeLes," where he worked as a cook under the guidance of Slobodan Smolovich for a year. He then returned to his hometown for three years, working as a sous chef at the cafe "Ugli." In 2016, he moved to Suzdal and began working under the direction of restaurateur Anatoly Komma and chef Anton Tikhy at the gastropub Le Bazar. He participated in the "Chef a la russe" competition as part of the project. In 2020, he was promoted to head chef and held that position for another three years. Afterwards, he was invited to launch the restaurant "Alyabiev" in the city of Tobolsk. In the second half of 2023, he joined the group of companies owned by Vadim Dymov in Suzdal, initially as the head chef of "Agronom," and then of "Sыrodelni." He completed internships at "I Like Wine" in Khamovniki and "Ryba Moya" in Kitay-Gorod in 2023-2024. When creating dishes, he draws inspiration from the nature of his homeland, local products, small family farms, and fishing.
