Alexey Rovinets has been working at the restaurant for over 12 years, 7 of which he has served as the head chef. His meticulous attention to tradition, combined with a creative approach that incorporates the latest gastronomic trends, allows Alexey to introduce guests to the flavors of Siberia year after year. He has completed training courses with Jonas Grip, head chef of the "Scandinavia" restaurant (Moscow), Andrey Savidov, head chef of the "Expedition" restaurant (Moscow), Alexander Gavrilichev, brand chef of the "Expedition" restaurant (Moscow), and Kirill Martynenko, managing partner and brand chef of the Torro Grill chain (Moscow). He participated in organizing catering for VIP guests at the 2013 Universiade in Kazan. He was a member of the judging panel for the "Ochag" home cooking festival in 2014, organized by the "Akademiya Domashney Kukhni" magazine. He has also appeared on the cooking shows "Vremya Obedat" on Channel One and "Poedem Poyedim" on NTV.
