Throughout the week, a set lunch menu and a lighter version are on offer, alongside the Ravenna menu, featuring calorie-conscious options for those seeking a more balanced approach to eating. On Saturdays, the service is à la carte, with the option of a full feijoada, the hearty slow-cooked black bean and pork stew that is a cornerstone of Brazilian cuisine. After being seated, guests are welcomed with a light focaccia as an aperitif; among the menu's excellent suggestions are the Tartare The Kith — a flavoursome steak tartare served with root vegetable crisps —, the celebrated fillet mignon stroganoff, and, for dessert, the creamy cocada, a rich coconut sweet, with tangerine and basil.
