The kitchen, led by Argentine chef Pablo Inca, seeks to “share experiences connected to the land for an urban experience” and offers a short menu designed for sharing, constantly changing depending on the availability of the best ingredients. To start, order the star dish: Tortilla de lula, squid tortilla, with lightly spicy coalhada and finished with coriander. Then try the unmissable Coração de pato, duck heart, served with a delicate cauliflower cream and roasted onions.
