A restaurant that is well worth considering as it is never easy to find modern cuisine at affordable prices. The restaurant, which takes its name (’a beloved woman’) from an old Catalan language once sung by troubadours, boasts a contemporary interior with a kitchen visible from the dining room and an adjoining bar so that you can watch as the dishes are prepared in front of you. Chef Jordi Pallàs champions a modern fusion cuisine with plenty of Asian influences, both in the à la carte service and through his set menus (Aimia and Alma de Aimia). Our recommendation? Try their Llauna-style rice with queen scallops and saffron aioli.
