This quaint red-brick mansion, built circa 1846, has housed an omakase restaurant serving traditional Taiwanese banquet dishes since 2015. The room has been carefully restored to its former glory, befitting the old-time recipes the head chef is devoted to. The set meal, offered at a fixed price per person with three tiers to choose from at the time of reservation, comprises seven dishes and one soup. The food highlights local seasonal ingredients, such as savoury milkfish belly with Taiwanese pickled cucumber.
