Macauda

Fish dishes are the pride of this Italian restaurant, helmed by a chef who apprenticed at a trattoria that specialised in seafood. As he travelled through the various regions of Italy, he became fond of fish cuisine, going on to work in areas near the sea such as Puglia and Sicily. Today he interprets the rural cuisine and homemade pastas he studied in southern Italy through the marine products of Japan. ‘Macauda’ is the name of the house in which he stayed in Sicily that won his heart.
