María José and Pedro are the tandem behind this unique restaurant, located next to the Madina Mursiya Interpretation Centre. In fact, it looks out onto it through an interior window. Here, in a refurbished space that surprises both for its design and its irregular puzzle-piece shaped wooden tables, the menu is steered towards simple yet well-executed Mediterranean cooking supported by top-quality ingredients. The dishes, designed for sharing, reflect their work in an à la carte that evolves with the season and is delivered in an envelope (they recommend choosing 5 to get a complete experience). Dishes that particularly piqued our curiosity included two of the house's greatest hits, the grilled Japanese aubergine served with hollandaise and soy sauce, and the unmissable bluefin tuna and foie gras sashimi.
