Samoan culture and cuisine have no greater ambassador than Henry Onesemo. His multi-course set menu is both a celebration of his heritage and confirmation of his skill as a chef. Traditional Samoan flavours and recipes are interpreted in exhilarating ways and, if you sit at the counter, you’ll have front-row seats for a very special experience. Tala means ‘story’, so don’t worry about the limited menu descriptions, as the affable and naturally hospitable Henry and his team describe in detail the makeup and inspiration behind each dish, whether that’s the memorable Umu chicken or the delicious palolo.
