Sobre el restaurante
The young Jacopo Chieppa, captivated early on by a passion for cooking, began his career working with doughs and leavened products, before training in prestigious establishments such as Mirazur in Menton and Antica Corona Reale in Cervere. Today, in a skilfully restored former mill, he offers cooking that is playful and indulgent, contemporary in form yet rooted in classic ingredients, including those from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden adjacent to the premises. The gastronomic experience unfolds through two distinct tasting menus: Identità, which brings together the signature dishes most representative of the chef’s vision, and Evoluzione, the creative menu that follows the seasons and ideas of the moment. Also worthy of note is the dessert section, imaginative and precise in its balance, never overly sweet and always carefully presented.
