The journey out to the countryside is well worth it for the experience of cuisine cooked with heart and passion. The menu ranges from lobster and wild boar entrecôte to classics of regional cuisine such as house-made Kalbshackbraten (veal meatloaf) and beef fillet stroganoff. Plump for the set menu or dine à la carte. In both the simple Wirtsstube (ground floor) and the more upmarket Pratum (first floor), the atmosphere is cosy – the latter also has a pretty terrace for summer days; it is converted into a fondue parlour from November to February.
