About
"Vsyo Est" restaurant at VDNKh is a Greek oasis, creating a kaleidoscope of culinary experiences and bringing sunshine to the world throughout the year.
"Vsyo Est" is a Greek island, offering a diverse range of experiences through food and interaction, and bringing a touch of sunshine to every season. It combines a love for Greece, its rich culinary heritage, art, and aesthetics. The concept of "Vsyo Est" combines two formats: a casual bistro and a Greek restaurant, allowing us to say that it offers everything for a comfortable time for residents and guests of the capital. The bistro idea was born from a desire to complement the leisure activities of VDNKh visitors with simple, friendly food and service, a place where you can quickly, satisfyingly, and deliciously grab a bite. The bistro is located in the first hall and offers signature Greek street food – gyros with chicken, shrimp, and kebab. For those who want a more substantial meal, you can add appetizers to your main course: salads, feta Saganaki, and French fries. And, of course, there's a crowd-pleaser – Lukumades, small, airy donuts made from yeast dough. They are served with various sauces – fig, strawberry, cherry, persimmon, peach, and popcorn. Each sauce is made from natural berries and fruits. The other side of the project is the restaurant, where there's no rush and everything encourages a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant Greek cuisine and ambiance, reminiscent of a Greek resort. The "Vsyo Est" restaurant is located in the second hall – a bright space with panoramic windows, where sunlight creates beautiful reflections. The interior harmoniously combines traditional Greek colors – blue, white, and green, with a touch of gold, reminiscent of the gods of Olympus and the country's golden heritage. A tall and lush olive tree hangs from the ceiling, symbolizing the Mediterranean and representing the prosperity of Greece and each Greek individual. As a reminder of a resort and a Greek beach, the floor is covered with real coastal pebbles, and the tables are adorned with fine velvet sand and seashells. The basis of the restaurant's menu consists of traditional Greek dishes prepared with a modern twist. Here you can try Htipti, made with feta cheese imported directly from Greece; Taramasalata, a refreshing dish made with cod roe and cucumber; Keftedes Saganaki, Greek meatballs made with lamb; two types of Souvlaki – with chicken and shrimp; Pastitsio, a baked pasta dish. The menu also includes Horiatiki, known in the Russian version as Greek salad; Kleftiko, a traditional Cretan dish of slow-cooked lamb; a light Moussaka made with lamb, and an octopus salad.
