"The House of Russian Cuisine" features 15 food stalls showcasing regional Russian cuisine, from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Kaliningrad.

During the international exhibition-forum "Russia," the grand opening of a new pavilion, the "House of Russian Cuisine," took place. The Moscow government, restaurateur Alexei Vasilchuk, and the "Gastronomic Map of Russia" project, led by Ekaterina Shapovalova, presented this new culinary food hall, which revives Russia's rich culinary traditions and brings together the achievements of regions across the country. Throughout the exhibition period, from November 4th to April 12th, 2024, the new pavilion served as the central venue for the "Russia – A Land of Flavors" festival, which will feature over 100 events.
